While Mojo Jojo is in my Opinion the Best Villain in the Series to how he’s the Complete Opposite of the Girls and how He’s Important to the Lore,However HIM is the Most Evil,Unpredictable,Mysterious,and Dangerous Villain not Only on the Powerpuff Girls but Everything Media,HIM is one of those Demonic Villains that wants to bring Outer Chaos and Destroy while Torturing His Enemies Psychologically and if the Plan Fails,He would Never Repeat the Same Mistake as He would Improve,The Girls are the Embodiment of Love and Hope for a Better Future as they’re made from Sugar,Spice,and Everything Nice and HIM Despises Them for that Key Factor that it might be his Weakness but both Him and the Girls knows that they were Lucky no matter how many Times they Stop Him Him will Always Be the Biggest Thorn for the Powerpuff Girls’ Side they can’t Stop that in a Way it’s a Tragedy.

Since the Xmen are scattered across time I'm sure Storm, Wolverine and Morph have been trapped in Bishop’s timeline, remember the 1992 X-Men Animated series in the episode "Days of Future Past" where a variant of Wolverine’s adamantine skeleton is being displayed in Forge's Lab, I'm sure the old variant Forge in Bishop’s timeline would bond the metal to our salvaging Wolverine!

Because the reality is that the mutant narrative has always been about racism. Along with that, they have always dealt with all types of bigotry. So, I fail to see why some "fans" are upset with the context of the series. It was a fantastic series.
